Using ESpeak as Sapi 5

Hi all,
I know it's possible to use ESpeak as a sapi 5, and did it in the past, but I don't like how the "natural" ESpeak sounds. So I'm wondering, since this is what I'm using with NVDA, is there a way of using the Max variant with this ESpeak version? Also, wondering what's the difference between ESpeak and ESpeak NG. I see that the latest version of ESpeak is 1.48 while ESpeak NG is on 1.49. However, it looks like I won't be able to run ESpeak NG as a sapi 5. I've downloaded the MSI file for installing it, but had no luck seeing it among my other sapi 5 voices. Thoughts?
