Re: Webvism

Rumola is a captcha solver which I've used for years. It is not free but its fees for captcha solving credits are more than reasonable. As I haven't used it in the past year I'm not sure if it works but you can go to the above link to try it out. It stopped working on Firefox after that browser switched over to what it called Quantum starting with version 57, if memory serves. However, it supports Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers, such as Edge and Brave. Setting up an account was quite a pain in the neck but this addon is well worth it if you do need to regularly deal with captchas, assuming that it still works. Please do not write to me privately with support questions as I am not able to provide one on one support.

Gene,

I'll be happy to add what you've mentioned in that topic while keeping it locked from further discussion.  I'll copy and paste your opening paragraph, with attribution.

Per the group rules, which I'll bend when absolutely necessary, only software currently in support is to be discussed on the main group.  Firefox 5X isn't, and there is no current version of Firefox (or even recent one) with which Webvisum works.  I also thought I recalled the server(s) they employed having gone offline, but I could be entirely incorrect about that.

For all practical intents and purposes, Webvisum is dead.
