Any question asked on any list should be answered on the list.  The general theory is that for every person who asks a question on a list, ten others also have the question but didn't ask it.

To the question at hand - have you looked at our official training material?  We have the Basic Training for NVDA, and we then have modules for Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with NVDA, either individually, or you can buy them all together as part of the NVDA Productivity Bundle: https://www.nvaccess.org/shop/
