By the way, NVDA 2021.3 is now released, and I upgraded from the RC1 to the production release just a short while ago.  I'd suggest you do the same and double check to see whether the issue you are having persists.  I suspect it will, but I'd prefer we both be on the latest release of NVDA, at the very least.
