The website is https://www.nvaccess.org/post/in-process-3rd-december-2021/ , by the way I have tried pasting in the word document from  Firefox and Microsoft Edge. No headings carry over.

Can you give a specific website for testing purposes?  Please also note one or two of the headings you expect to get that aren't showing up.

I want to try this out with and without NVDA being involved, and using Word 2016 since that's what I've got, to see whether the same behavior persists.
