I have noticed that especially with a large pdf file, after its opened you will have to alt tab a few times to get the stupid thing to read.

You may want to try to get balabolka and run it through this.

The biggest issue with balabolka is that it may as well not exist.

They update quite a lot but they don't automatically announce so I check every 6 months and get the latest if I remember.
