Rather than even trying to explain it, if you have the option, demonstrate it.
It is much easier, if there is a help desk with a live person, or someone from the IT department who is there

I just found a site where the virtual mouse doesn’t move when the NVDA command is given. Here is a link to a Youtube video, though I suspect the problem exists in general on the site.

I agree with the first bit to an extent. I'm not sure what you meant by links or the distinction between left and right clicking -- I don't reallys ee that as a problem. But certainly mouse

I don't think it's totally gone yet until June of next year. Microsoft is slowly dropping support for it though.

Just wait for the emails on lists when they auto remove IE ikons and short cuts.
