To be honest its not nvda. Not all documents are written equally. What is worse now is adobe reader is a strange beast. At least 64 bit works like it should but its a bit strange

Balabolka can read pdfs to. Rightclick the file and there should be an option to view the file in balabolka it can do quite a lot of things. Its just a shame it doesn't auto update
