I remember that And I keep it in mind. Its very minor but its probably an example. I'll try the current portable version to see if what happens is different but I don't think it will be.

It could be the version, perhaps there was a bug that's been fixed.
It could be that the installed version uses certain dynamic link libraries (dlls) that are part of Windows that the portable

Since Thunderbird is handling the links, I wonder why Thunderbird portable doesn't do so properly?

Are you using Thunderbird portable? If so, that's likely the root of the problem. The handing off of email address and subject is handled by Windows and it hands it to the app set as the email

ProWritingAid definitely isn't as accessible as it used to be. Once you open a document, the structure of the page seems to be top menu (settings / share etc), then you tab through the list of

Possibly, I must admit I haven't looked into it. One consideration would be that for the API, you only get a few calls for free, beyond that you have to pay ($100 for 10,000 calls, $500 for 100,000
