contacting a seller through amazon

You can't as they no longer have it for sale!
I think it must have been a faulty batch of mouldings, but of course you cannot get inside as its sealed.

For the U.S. based participants in this thread, you can call Amazon accessibility support. 888-283-1678.
Brian, try leaving a one star review. From time to time, companies will reach out to you when you do that, and try to make it right in exchange for a better rating.

Incidentally, I'm trying to find a way to send back some headphones that have died due to a manufacturing fault in the charging socket that meant the socket broke off and fell inside the phones. I looked at their invoice and they say its no longer available.I cannot see any way to do what I'd do with a normal mail order company, ie write them a letter and ask for them to take them back and credit me with at least part of the price, since it was clearly not up to the job of being plugged in and out a few times.

I have the same issue and I've tried multiple screen readers and they get the same result... I've let amazon know about this multiple times.
I think all of the visually impaired community should reach out to amazon about this. A company like amazon should make every part of their site accessible.
Cheers
