victor reader stream and capital letters
I have forgotten, in the process of time, how to type capitalized characters on the Victor Reader Stream. Can anyone refresh my memory about this?

I hope so. I have a trek, and I need to know the same thing, but I went through all the characters, and can’t find a capital or shift anywhere in there. Pam.

According to a web search on [Victor Reader Stream capital letters], this page at bookshare.org, How do I type my username or password in a Victor Stream, notes: For entering your email address or password note that the bookmark key is used as a caps lock for entering capital letters.
-- Brian - Windows 10, 64-Bit, Version 22H2, Build 19045 There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year-old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs. ~ John Rogers |

I should have thought of searching that myself. Thanks.

In order to type capital letters on the VictorStream when in an edit box like a password box for example, press the diamond button above number three until hearing uppercase. Then type in what letters you wish. Remember to type in lowercase, press the same diamond button until hearing lowercase. In order to type in numerical numbers, press the diamond button until hearing numeric. Hope this helps.

I have another question. If you find the network you want to connect to to get online, and you type in the password, is there a way to get it not to ask you for your password every time you want to connect? I know it usually doesn’t ask for my password at home, but if I’m somewhere else that I might use more than once, will it save it and connect when I am in that viscinnity? Pam.

Here’s what happens: When you connect to a wifi, the Stream will remember that wifi when you come back to that location and connect to it automatically. It should never ask for your password again once you are successfully connected. Here is my home phone and I will be glad to help you with your stream anytime. 217-271-1218. I am a retired assistive technology instructor. God bless.
