I just discovered this website subsequent to working with a client this afternoon.  I do not know whether it's accessibility friendly (and would appreciate any feedback) but even if you just get the keyboard shortcut cheat sheets for the various things they cover (and that's extensive) it's probably worth a look.

Seems to be reasonably accessible, at least with Chrome OS, and I don't think that other screen readers will struggle much.
