In the case of the NVDA Add-Ons Directory, you can use the search box with "Tony" to find the Tony's Enhancements add-on, and on the Community Add-Ons site, just search the page for Tony and it's the first thing you'll find.

As Shaun Everiss has noted, for some reason, the latest stable version (1.14) of this add-on has not been pushed to the Community Add-Ons Site, so use the NVDA Add-Ons Directory to obtain it.
