This box is somehow getting unchecked when my client restarts her pc. she is running the latest: NVDA, windows 11.  What is also odd is that I can remote her and there is no speech on my side either. When I ask her to press alt+ctrl+n It reboots NVDA and we both have speech. I go into general settings and that box shows as unchecked. this started yesterday and she called me about it again this morning.
