William, in many WordPress sites, for example, the main content is
under a heading level 1. So just hitting 1 from the top of the page
rockets you past all the cruft & down to the stuff you actually wanna
read.

Sometimes main points are placed in heading level 2, for example,
while subpoints are in levels 3 and 4. You can hit the major points by
hitting 2, then read down if you want more info.
