Thorium is very good. It is available from the Microsoft Store, but below is a link to the latest releases. The Microsoft Store version gets updated from time-to-time, but the latest releases get updated several times a week. It is available for Windows but also has versions for iOS and Android. If you have a Bookshare account, it interfaces directly with Bookshare. Because the program was developed with blind users in mind, it works perfectly with NVDA.
