Have you restarted your machine?  Yours is the first, and only, report of this particular issue.  That isn't to say it isn't happening, but it's definitely not at all common.

The first thing any tech is going to ask is if you power cycled your computer or used Restart.  Why this cures so many ills, no one knows, but often it does.
