For now if you want Eloquence with a regular license you should buy from
Code Factory, where you can select between addon or sapi5.

Many thanks for your suggestion. I was unable to preview the voice from
the text to speech settings from within the speech-recognition control
panel. However, I went to the advanced properties for the voices and
found that they were set to use the wrong audio device.I have set them
to the correct one and the voices are speaking again.

If you go to speech recognition in control panel and select text to
speech can you preview the voice through there?
