At least that's the absolute minimum specs. The ideal spec would be Windows 7 SP1, 1 GB of RAM or greater, 1 GHz or faster processor, and at least 100 MB of free space on the drive. We're using absolute minimum specs on paper because many around the world cannot afford computers with ideal specifications. Cheers, Joseph
