Hi, Can you post the relevant portion of the log so we can find out what's going on/
Log Viewer only shows the initialization of NVDA; there are no messages referring to the update attempts. To test, I restarted NVDA and ran the update, resulting in the same error, and nothing in the logs.
Do I need to raise the log level, or are the update-related logs stored elsewhere?
