I saw in an earlier message, that Shawn said to try a system reset.  I would think a system restore would be the first thing to try, if available.  A reset may solve the problem as well but I don't know if you would lose all sorts of settings and other modifications you have made.  I would find out before trying a system reset.

1 I see my interface didn't match things you told. I also found this on google.
2 I right click, choose cortana sub menu, and see something like search, and this item is check. Don't know what happend.

Ry right click on taskbar then go to Cortana the show search in the sub menu
