Hmmm interesting to know, thats company polotics for you. I have been using ublock origin for the last 3 years and have no plans to switch at the current time its previded me with no issue at all and is loads better than addblock+. It also helps that while not really needed ublock is the only 1 of the various security addons that made it over to thunderbird I don't know what I achieve with it on but I just installed it for no reason what so ever.
