Some costumers complain the HIMS driver do not work in Windows 10 64-bit...
Any new version of the driver?

o, no, that was not my intention to reprimand you!
what i want to say is only there is a problem with a file that comes with
nvda called hansoneconnect.dll, there are some errors in it.
i've also a hims product, the smart beetle, when i use the file
hansoneconnect.dll there are problems, i have a better one, i can use
without any problem.
i don't want to reprimand you, no way!

Braille Edge is produce by HIMS. It is possible that JAWS is involved.
It happens to me that's why I felt the need to reply.. I did not
expect to be reprimanded.

It happens to me, too, when I use JAWS, but not with NVDA. I assume
your friend is using the Braille Edge with JAWS. If so do a soft
reset (it's the button on the left side in the back of the unit) and
then restart Jaws.
