Thanks, I’ve seen posts about mathplayer and gathered that it is used for office programs. Thought I’d better ask what it was for!

MathPlayer by Design Science is a tool which lets you read and write mathematical equations in Microsoft Office and on the web: https://www.dessci.com/en/products/mathplayer/  Note that for some features, you also need MathType from the same site (MathPlayer is free, MathType costs $97 ($57 academic).

hi.
i was not familiar with mathplayer.
but many months ago, i had this problem because of uninstalling one office program.
i reinstalled office as the people in the list recommended me and the problem is solved.
i had this problem only with firefox, not internet explorer.
