Here in the US, I have no such issues using Amazon main (not accessible) site. I click on my account and my orders. I then see a combo box that allows you to show orders from 2017, for the past six months, for all of 2016 and so on. I choose a date range from the combo box and then click continue and I am able to view all my past history as desired.


Again, are you located in the UK or some country outside the US?
