Say all/read to end funny

I'm sure you all know the bit of software called cpuz, which is used to show what is inside your pc, very handy if you want more ram or whatever, well I have a little batch file that sends this output to notepad ie a txt file loaded into notepad.
The thing is that when I do a read to end from anywhere, it often stops well before the end. Is this expected or is it a bug?
Here is the end of a say all and what nvda/f1 reports when it has stopped.
Note the truncated bits. Is say all cancelled if a certain line length is reached, perhaps?

It just sort of stops when its been reading. I normally just let it rattle on till I hear somthing I recognise then intercept it.
Strangely cursoring through is fine, and restarting the read works as well, though it can stop again.

My guess is that its line length or tabs etc in the file, but its master branch and on windows 7 64 bit and the notepad is just ordinary notepad.
