I can check or uncheck the button. If I press the enter key it will be collapsed if uncollapsed or uncollapsee if already collapsed. Nothing else happens. If I tab once I go to the help tab. Dave Insider

Has anyone else had a problem reading the file name and date of download at the Preview History link? I've seen this problem with windows 10 version 1703 build 16186.
