Re: Is anyone else having trouble with VFO Group?

Hurrah for NVDA!

Here is an addendum to my previous message.

My HMO tells me that a check for the cleaning and repair of my Focus 40 was mailed to VFO last Friday. They tried to get
thed company to ship the Braille display back immediately, but the company refused.

VFO is showing more concern for money than for its customers. This is like what hapened when Henter-Joyce merged with
Blazie Engineering to produce Freedom Scientific, but it is worse. It is self-defeating in the end.

I'm glad I'm using NVDA, not JAWS. If I get another Braille display in the future I'll avoid anything from FVO.

Three months ago I sent my Focus 40 Braille display in for cleaning and repair. My HMO had agreed to pay for the work.
I've told VFO
many times that I need the display. Now I have Windows 10, but I can't do much with it without my display, since i am
both deaf and blind. A three-month delay is ridiculous and shows a blatant disregard for their customers. Has anyone
else had trouble with them?
