Very helpful.

Pleas could this sort of information be put on to the website, so that people
can read about the new version and choose whether to download it?

I can't find any mention at all of it there, even if you already know the
address https://www.nvaccess.org/post/nvda-2017-2rc1-released/ to get the RC
download from.
