The code? Yes. The addon file? No.

It should be safe enough to use, though. It's based on commit 4810483a9,

which was reverted.

Maybe it crashed for some people.

Support for these voices will eventually end up in NVDA core. They're

being tested on next right now, with a new driver.

I'm running next and it's working fine. YMMV.
