Hello Joshua,

You can pass on my e-mail regarding permission for personal use of the
SoftVoice TTS engine add-on to the NVDA group.

I am not familiar with ESpeak but creating languages for a formant based
system is quite complex and requires a great deal of effort.  Right now we
do not have the resources to support this effort for NVDA but, as I
mentioned, if we could acquire access to the source code for the add-on I
would be glad to look into providing official support.

As to talkBack on Android (or other platforms) I will take a look at this
but cannot promise anything at this point in time.
