When I run windows update I get this message:
Update status Your device is up to date. Last checked: Today, 12:31 PM
Do you mean I should update outlook?
I will try that as well.

Hi Sam,
I use Outlook 2016 regularly at home and have not had these issues.
Are you on the latest version of windows 10? I do not think so. Can you upgrade? Pranav
