Hi Sam,

 

I am stumped. I doubt the microsoft Access add-in is causing your problems. I wonder, what else gets disabled when you go into safe mode?

 

In addition, what is hardware acceleration set too? Check this in the options dialogue. I can’t remember where the setting is. If it is enabled, disable it and see if this improves things.

I tried the utility you mentioned. Doesn’t have good access.

I only have this plugin showing up in outlook now:

Microsoft Access Outlook Add-in for Data Collection and Publishing

Still no resolution.
