Thunderbird maybe?
I use Outlook Express, but then I'm quirky and a bit old school and did not mind paying for the hack files to make it run.
It has been worth it for me to be able to still operate without constant changes and crashes and I can use it for newsgroups too that do not need a phd in computer science to set up. grin. Brian

Yes, I do have the latest add-on by Joseph Lee. Outlook started crashing a few days ago. I called the Microsoft disability line and thought the problem was solved but the crashing happened again. That’s when I decided to try the mail app again. I don’t know what else to do now.

I expect that NVDA is being used. Is the latest Add On being used for Windows 10 provided by Joseph Lee? Did this problem occur with the latest add on version and not with the previous add on version?

When you say that Outlook crashed, do you mean just once? If so, once in how long a time? Any program may crash on occasion.

I was using outlook but it crashed so I thought I’d use the mail app again. Now when I hit enter on a message, all I hear is “message document”. Is there a setting I might need to change?
