I've not seen it on Microsoft but I thing its still around on other sites. Make sure you get the full installer. Microsoft near the end started just to send out a stub loader and since they took it down this version won't install.
I may have a copy somewhere but I stopped using it for reasons of inconvenience with multiple accounts and a tendency to lose folders without any warning.
Not sure why its so complicated for Microsoft to make a good robust accessible email and news program any more.

If you want to use the mail app specifically, I'm not sure. As I understand matters, Windows Live Mail works well on your machine. There may be other reasons but the only reason I am aware of that you stopped using it is because, when composing in the edit field, you had to press alt twice before you could read what you had written. This caused you to leave and return to the edit field. If that is the only problem, why not use that program?

Yes, I do have the latest add-on by Joseph Lee. Outlook started crashing a few days ago. I called the Microsoft disability line and thought the problem was solved but the crashing happened again. That’s when I decided to try the mail app again. I don’t know what else to do now.

I expect that NVDA is being used. Is the latest Add On being used for Windows 10 provided by Joseph Lee? Did this problem occur with the latest add on version and not with the previous add on version?
When you say that Outlook crashed, do you mean just once? If so, once in how long a time? Any program may crash on occasion.
