Hi,
Make sure that you turn the virtual cursor back on or be in
brows mode when you read the PDF in the viewer. Are you using the same browser
on both machines? IE and Firefox work great for Google Docs, so on the machine
that is giving you trouble, try the other browser and see what happens. Take

Hello, When trying to open up a pdf sent to me on google docs it works fine on one machine. On the other after doing the insert space it will only say showing viewer when I arrow down. What setting do I have wrong on that machine. Thanks.
