running latest NVDA and win 10 64 bit. When I use alt F4 to close Edge I am not returned to the desktop until I either hit windows key d or windows key m.
I notice this with a few different programs--skype for example. Or sometimes, when you alt tab, the program you land on doesn't gain focus; instead, when you hit the key to announce current title, it just says "Explorer." I just figured this was a peculiarity with windows and not NVDA.
