OK Sarah, thanks.  Am I stupid!  I didn't know that this machine still had NVDA version 2011.1.  On my newer machine, I think I can figure it out.

No go to manage add ons. I don't have my windows machine running right now, but I elieve it is under tools. If not go to the prefs section. Someone give me a hand here?

Hello. Go to the nvda add ons section, click install new add on, browse to the file and then follow the prompts if any.
