To get vocalizer for nvda from cf working

1 download the addon

2 install the addon

Restart nvda

Now press nvda+n

Arrow down 2 times to a submenu named

Codefactory

Press right Arrow

Press v for vocalizer or e for eloquence

Take vocalizer for example

Go in to the config for vocalizer and get a trial license

By pressing the try button

After that

Go to the voices tab

Install you prefered voice

When the  install are finished press ok

After that press nvda+skift+s and select codefactory vocalizer.

Asking the same questions repeatedly won't help you get rid of E-Speak.  (spelling)  You've done the same things for months and it has accomplished nothing.  Would you walk around the same block thirty times if you weren't getting closer to your destination?  You have been given sources to check for voices.  Use the sources you have been given.
