When you say the Sam driver are you referring to the free Dolphin synth Access Manager that I've seen an add on somewhere to use in nvda?
I have not used this method of late to use Dolphin derived voices because, to be honest most of the ones available that way are digital type voices like digital Dave and not as good as Espeak in my opinion. It certainly does not let you use any third party voices they use without buying them!


However is Sam means something else, then I don't know!
