Re: mail app question

Maybe there is a preview setting that can be turned off.  You can stop reading with control, or when you press any other key, reading will stop.  So, if you open a message, it will do whatever it does in terms of reading the message.  Just down arrowing to the next message will stop reading.  You probably know all that but because I don't know what you know and some people let things read because they evidently think they have to before taking further actions, I'm discussing these options.

Hi Chris,
I just checked and it is reading just the first line of the message.  I guess I can live with that.  Thanks for getting back to me.

Is it reding the entire message or just the first part of it?  If  the latter then this is in the list entry of the inbox and you can always tap control key to stop it reading out.

Subject: [nvda] mail app question

Hi All,

I am trying the win10 mail app using the latest nvda and win10.  I’m worndering if anyone is having the same issue as I am?  When I go into my inbox and at the message list the message starts reading before I open it.  I don’t have the preview pane checked.  Is there anything I can do to fix this?  Thanks for any help.
