On Win 10

Press windows key.

Type in user – almost certainly user account settings will come up.

Press enter.

On the dialogue which appears set the slider down to zero.

I'm not sure how you do it. I know its in the control panel. Not sure about

win ten.  I'm not sure how one finds it. but if you want to install winamp

and the uac wont let you. Just tab to where it will allow it.

Hi, everyone,

How do I set the UAC level to zero? I just tried to install winamp on my

computer but I think the UAC is blocking me from installing it.

Thanks in advance.
