Here's how you get this going.
1. extract the zip file to somewhere. There will be a folder called
"addon"
 in there.
2. Copy the file
manifest.ini.tpl
Into the
"addon"
folder
3. Rename that file to
"manifest.ini"
less the quotes of course.
4. Open up your favorite archive manager, navigate to the
"addon"
folder and enter it.
5. Select everything in that folder, and create a zip file.
5. Rename the resultant zip file to something like
"MozillaScript.nvda-addon"
6. Install the addon.
Note: make sure you do not select the
"addon"
folder by itself; you need to be inside that folder when the zip file is created.
