Also not much Ram there so its probably using virtual memory, ie the hard drive, and if that is not an SSD one then its going to be real slow in lots of situations.
I had one of those machines some time ago and it was very slow doing some stuff, like in Word, finding and displaying files in explorer and even displaying some web pages.
I think its a cut down processor and so causes a bottleneck when several things are trying to get the processor time together.
Download the resource monitor add on from the web site of nvda contributors and see what the processor usage is at various times.
