First from the door my friend all the best to you and yours this holiday season. What a fabulous idea! This will work, I love it. I don't think anyone has done a tech support presentation, at a convention. At least, it has never happened in this area
where I live. and with the way things can go awry in computers and screen readers from time to time, this is something that most all of us can get into.
