ClanWin does indeed run under (to quote from their website

However (also quoting from their website): "Please note that ClamWin Free Antivirus does not include an on-access real-time scanner. You need to manually scan a file in order to detect a virus or spyware." This in my opinion makes it rather less useful than many other anti-virus scanners, however if your choice is limited to whatever will still run under XP, then maybe it's a good enough compromise.
