Its a problem with the file normally. its probably been made with a different package. The problem is that the character nvda sees is not actually displayable so this is why its not actually 'seen' as such.


Not a lot one can do unless somebody at NV access can figure out what the character is which is coming out to the screenreader and mask it out somehow.
