I didn't think there was anything other than Skype...From what I can see, it doesn't have online/offline-based contacts like Skype does, but it does seem to allow telephone calls. Only problem with that is, documentation is in German and dialing a number won't connect. And PhonerLite gives me this confusing startup wizard with loads of different options which I don't have a clue what they mean...Seems very confusing for a telephony program. Cheers. Damien.

I always used the standard version instead of lite though both should be fine.
