Windows 10.  NVDA 2018

I am trying to get Dictation Bridge working with Windows Speech Recognition following the instructions at https://github.com/dictationbridge/dictationbridge-docs/blob/master/dictationBridge.md.

I have installed the Dictation Bridge addon and the WSR Macro.  Manage Addons says that Dictation Bridge is running, but when I click on Tools there is no Dictation Bridge option for going the next step of copying dictationBridge.WSRMac.

What do I need to do to fix this problem?
