Hi Bob!

Yes, it is an extension that you can easily install.

Just go to the extensions page, and type Just Read in the search edit, and it will be the first choice for accessibility extensions for Chrome.

It works very well.

From the web page, you can press applications or Shift+F10, and you can arrow to a choice to use Just Read on that page.

Is this an add-on needing to be installed?  I'm only aware of the below

command to add to the shortcut properties to enable Reading View.
